Services · Automation Web development is my primary focus, with AI automation as an add-on service. I integrate your daily booking, scheduling, and administration into your website or a custom AI system—then it runs on its own. Areas that can be automated Scheduling, client communication, data entry, and measurement. Start by automating whichever one involves the most manual steps in your business. Confirming the time and number of participants takes several rounds of phone calls, messages, and emails, and then someone manually enters the details in the calendar. While this is happening, the available capacity remains unbooked. With a booking interface, the appointment is recorded as soon as it is selected, along with the number of available spots. The same questions come in about business hours, terms, and the next step. Your team knows the answers by heart, yet writes them out manually every time. The system can provide these answers as soon as a question comes in. The details from an incoming inquiry are entered into a spreadsheet, an email, and an internal record. The same name and phone number are manually entered in three places — this is where most typos occur. A form captures the data once and then passes it on to the internal record. You can see the number of incoming inquiries, but not the steps in between. There is no way to tell where the process breaks down, so improvements are based on impressions. Measurement points show where prospects drop off. // The order depends on which area consumes the most work hours. Handwritten code // An add-on service to web development: I automate manual administrative tasks with custom systems Two design principles When someone selects a time on the Rollio De Madrid website, the rules for that service kick in: the system asks them to accept the contract, offers insurance, and tracks availability for the selected program. These decision points come from the company’s existing workflow — I turn the exact rules your team keeps in their heads or on paper into executable code. A custom booking system was built into the Klimessence Signature studio website. Visitors select a time on the same site where they learned about the service, and the booking details are recorded directly in the studio’s own system. This means the studio does not need a third-party booking service. Digital identity of an air conditioning company operating for 23 years: automotive and building air conditioning services, an equipment catalog, quote requests, and references on a fast, clean website. I built a custom appointment booking system for a studio offering holistic facial and energy treatments, so they would not have to rent or subscribe to an external booking service. I built a rule-based booking system for a Madrid-based experience provider: different booking rules for each service, contract acceptance built into the booking process, optional insurance requests, and capacity tracking (how many people have booked and the maximum number of participants for a given time slot). Frequently asked questions These answers explain what I need from you, which decisions remain yours, and what happens to the data. Automation is built alongside your website, not instead of it. You don't need to prepare anything in advance. During our first conversation, we'll walk through your day-to-day operations: how a request comes in, who makes which decisions, and which steps you handle manually. I'll ask questions, and you'll explain how you work now — that gives us the rules the system needs to follow. The rules are written in code, so they can be updated for a new service, business hours, or pricing. Changing the process is separate work under a separate agreement: the 60 days of support after launch cover the operation of the completed system, not writing new rules. Let me know about the change, and I'll update the system accordingly. You don't pay a monthly fee for the completed automation because the system runs on your own website. The Klimessence Signature studio also had a custom booking system built for exactly this reason: so it wouldn't need to pay for an external booking service. Hosting fees and the cost of any connected third-party service are separate; I can give you exact details once I know the specific setup. Client data is created and remains on your company's own website, on your own hosting — you decide who has access to it. Before launch, an automated check reviews the security settings, and if the system includes a form, I also verify e-mail delivery. The system doesn't make decisions: it follows the rules your company provides. You decide what should happen under each condition, and you can change those rules later. The system handles the repetitive execution; you remain in control of the rules. Related services During our consultation, I map out your sales process and identify its biggest bottleneck. At that point, I determine which repetitive administrative task is worth automating during development so you can save real time. Separate third-party software, billed monthly, fragments your prospects' journey to signing a contract. Your custom-coded website remains the stable central platform where I integrate these additional smart features—the hand-coded system thus guides visitors along one uninterrupted path through a multi-step form and a booking process that includes contract signing.Your website handles the booking and scheduling you do manually today
