Featured work Each business had a rule in its day-to-day operations that the website needed to follow. That was the starting point for the design. Someone looking to buy an air conditioner needs something different from someone who wants their car's AC recharged. So the product catalog, building air conditioning, and automotive air conditioning each follow a separate path, leading to their own quote requests. The studio previously embedded an external subscription-based booking service. It was replaced with a custom booking system where the calendar adjusts to the length of each treatment: a longer treatment does not take up the same amount of space as a shorter one. Guests select wheelchair space, luggage, and the language of the guided tour separately. The system uses those details to generate a personalized contract and will not let them continue until they download and accept it. Google reviews You can also find them all on my Google profile. Development I write every function line by line, tailored to how your business works. If you have repetitive administrative tasks that a machine can handle, I connect them to your system with additional AI automation. Each section runs only the code I wrote for your business’s functions—just enough code to make it work. When you need a change later, only the affected part needs to be rewritten, not the entire structure. If your business uses three steps to determine whether a lead could become a client, the website builds those same three checkpoints in the same order. This way, the lead gets the same questions they would during an in-person consultation. Because I design the code structure, it remains completely open to future expansion. If you need appointment scheduling or digital contract signing next year, I can add it directly to the existing foundation. I’ll stay with you for 60 days after launch in case anything needs fine-tuning. Who I am I work with growing businesses. Each website follows the company's own sales process, from the first click to the first inquiry. Strategy, design, and development all stay in one pair of hands — you work with me from start to finish. Our first conversation is about how a visitor becomes a customer for your business. Development only comes after that. The process You always know what comes next and when. I follow these four stages on every project, so you end up with exactly the system we discussed on day one. I ask how a visitor becomes a paying customer at your company. We walk through your sales process and find the point where prospects currently get stuck. Development starts from this real-world situation. I show you which pages and sections your system will include. You receive an itemized proposal with a specific price and deadline. You know exactly what you're agreeing to. First, you receive a clickable homepage in the final visual style, so I can be sure I'm building what we discussed. Once you approve it, hand coding begins — fully tested across desktop, tablet, and mobile views. Before launch, the code goes through automated checks for speed, accessibility, security headers, and — if the site has a form — email delivery. We only launch when none of the checks reports an error. After handoff, I continue to handle fine-tuning and all technical questions. Frequently asked questions The number of custom sections and the features involved: smart forms, appointment booking, AI automation. A brochure site and a website with a booking system are two very different levels of work — which is why I only provide a price after the first no-obligation conversation. Development takes 3–4 weeks, starting from when you accept the proposal, not when you first contact me. The discovery and planning come before that, so our work together begins with the first conversation. Then we'll rework it. That's exactly why the prototype comes before development: at this stage, the structure and style can still be changed freely. Changes can also be made later — even then, only the affected section needs to be rebuilt, not the entire site. Once the invoice is paid and the project is complete, the website and the code written for it are yours: you can take them with you, manage them, or have someone else develop them further. Licensed third-party elements — WordPress, plugins, and fonts — remain subject to their own licenses. If these elements need to be changed, let me know and I'll make the changes within the support period. Support lasts for 60 days after launch. During that time, you can flag anything that needs adjustment, and I'll take care of it. It ends on the sixtieth day — I'd rather make that clear up front than have you find out afterward.
