Strategy · Platforms · Automation

What I build today will still be expandable tomorrow.

From digital strategy through custom development to automating repetitive tasks, everything fits into the same system as your business grows.

Handwritten code

Strategy and web development—in one hand-coded codebase, with additional automation.

// Where your customer says yes

// 01 · Digital strategy

In our first conversation, we walk through your sales process as it works today. The website maps that journey using your own steps.

// 02 · Marketing models

A proven persuasion sequence shapes the sections: first the problem your visitor recognizes, then the solution, the proof, and finally the ask. The website follows this sequence from top to bottom.

// 03 · Sales funnels

The funnel is the path that turns a prospect into a customer: research, comparison, inquiry. Each stage gets its own section: services and references for those researching, the process and frequently asked questions for those comparing, and a form or booking system for those ready to decide.

// 04 · User experience (UX)

User experience depends on how clear the next step is: what catches the eye first, which button is the obvious choice, and how many steps it takes to send a message. Structure, scale, and contrast determine this during the design stage.

// Your website, written line by line

// 01 · Custom websites

The color, typeface, and feel are tailored to your market position. First, we map the visual language of your competitors and find the open space where your brand can remain distinct while still looking credible in your field.

// 02 · Online stores

An online store succeeds or fails at three points: how quickly customers can find a product, how clear the product page is, and how many steps it takes to check out. The catalog, cart, and payment process are built with custom code around your product logic.

// 03 · Landing pages

A landing page is built for one goal: to guide a visitor arriving from a campaign or ad toward a single decision. Every section supports that goal, while the multi-step qualification form shows what the prospect is looking for before they even get in touch.

// 04 · AI systems

AI can play a role in two places: on the website, where visitors ask questions or search, and behind the scenes, where inquiries and bookings are processed. Both are tailored to your process and included only when they take real work off your plate.

// Additional service: AI automation

// 01 · Marketing automation

Marketing automation handles recurring touchpoints: confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. They start automatically after an inquiry, so prospects receive a timely response even when you’re working on something else.

// 02 · Appointment booking systems

A booking system works well when the available time slots are accurate and the booking is completed on a single screen. That’s why Klimessence Signature received its own system: booking runs directly on its website without relying on a rented third-party service.

// 03 · AI chatbot integration

A chatbot is only as useful as the real knowledge behind it: your services, terms, and frequently asked questions. It can answer those at any time and direct prospects to get in touch when a question falls outside that knowledge.

// 04 · AI-powered process automation

Process automation pays off where the work follows rules but there’s a lot of it. Rollio De Madrid’s booking logic, for example, follows different rules for each service, including contract acceptance, optional insurance requests, and capacity tracking.

// 05 · Analytics & measurement

Measurement is useful when it supports decisions: how many prospects arrive, where they come from, and which page leads to an inquiry. During the first 60 days after launch, I use these numbers to fine-tune the website.

How I work

Five steps, in a fixed order.

01

Discovery

The goal is to get the full picture: how your business works, your market, and the audience the website will speak to. The initial consultation comes with no obligation, and it defines the job your website needs to do.

02

Plan and proposal

This is where discovery becomes a plan: what I learn about your business turns into structure and order. You’ll get an outline of the pages your website will include, along with an itemized proposal with a specific price and deadline, so you know exactly what you’re agreeing to before you decide.

03

Development

This is where the plan becomes a visible, usable interface. Once you approve the proposal, I create a clickable homepage prototype in the final visual style. You approve the design there, and only then does the line-by-line coding begin. The work concludes with a website tested across every screen size.

04

Launch

The website goes live once it meets every measurable requirement. Automated checks complete the process: speed, accessibility, security settings, and if there is a form, actual email delivery.

05

Fine-tuning

After launch, real-world use shows what still needs adjustment. For 60 days, I fine-tune the website based on this data, and I handle every technical question during that time. The website and the code written for it are yours when the project is complete; support ends on day 60.

Payment options

The same website, two ways to pay.

One-time payment

A good choice if you prefer to cover the cost all at once. The proposal sets out the scope, price, and deadline, and you receive a turnkey site at the end—whether it’s a website or an online store.

No monthly invoices—one payment, one deadline. When the project is complete, the full code and finished site are yours. From then on, you’re free to move or manage it elsewhere.

Monthly payments

The same website with the same development work—the fee is simply split into monthly installments. This means you don’t need to cover the full amount upfront, while the work follows the same plan and deadline.

The proposal sets out the exact payment schedule, tailored to you—just as clearly as the one-time price. Development follows the same plan and deadline; only the billing is spread out.
