Five-star Google reviews from real clients What you get A finished website alone won’t generate enquiries. You also need traffic that brings visitors there and a process for handling the enquiries that come in. The visitor arrives Visitors land straight on the service they searched for Each service gets its own page. Someone who searches Google for a specific service lands directly on the page that covers it, not on your homepage. The visitor gets in touch Every page leads the visitor to a decision Every page is built around the moment a visitor decides to request a quote or book an appointment. Its structure and copy lead them there. Nothing gets lost See every enquiry in one place Every enquiry goes to your website’s own client dashboard (CRM), so you never have to hunt for it among your other emails. This is what the dashboard for managing enquiries looks like // Illustration of the dashboard structure — the names and data are fictional. The columns are tailored to what your business asks on the form. // The three stages make up one process, so they’re built together. At the end, you can see in one place who reached out and where their enquiry stands. Service standard Case studies A custom website and quote request form that immediately sorts visitors by intent. A custom-coded, four-step booking process that replaced their third-party calendar software. A six-step booking process with a built-in travel insurance calculator and digital contract signing, available in three languages. A single-page sales site with a custom booking system that follows the service’s price list and work schedule. Who you work with “In every decision, I check whether it helps turn a visitor into an enquiry.” A website is only as useful as the support behind it. With Siteflow you get the website, a quote request form, a client dashboard and hosting, and one person accountable for all of it, whom you can reach directly. “In my work, I combine aesthetics with functionality, and I design and build every site myself. This creates websites that not only look good but also deliver real results for my clients.” Attila Fiedler I build your website and the process that works behind it. A prospect gets in touch through a form or booking calendar, and the enquiry arrives in your own dashboard: there you can see their contact details, what they wrote, and which ad they came from. I don’t start the design with the hero image. I start with your process: how people contact you today, where prospects get stuck, and what they need to know before reaching out. The website is built around that process, not the other way around. We work entirely in writing, in English. You write, and I reply the same working day. There is no call to schedule, and every decision stays readable in one place. The placement of a button, the readability of a font, and the loading speed are not matters of taste: they determine whether someone follows through and contacts you. The domain is in your name from day one, and the website, including the code and data, will be yours: at the end of the term with a monthly plan, or on handover with a one-off payment. Included with the website you order Lower monthly payments, spread over two years €149 / month + €290 set-up fee 24-month term at a fixed monthly fee. Own it sooner, over one year €199 / month + €290 set-up fee 12-month term at a fixed monthly fee.€1,188 less in total than the 24-month plan. Multi-page custom website, paid in one go, yours on handover €1,900 + €290 set-up fee You pay half when the build starts (less the set-up fee) and half on handover. Monthly plans cover a multi-page custom website only. Before you compare prices You will find websites on a monthly fee elsewhere too, often for less. The difference is what you get, and what stays with you at the end. Both payment options get you the same custom, multi-page website. The main difference is in how it is run, and when it becomes yours. After that, the site is yours. For comparison, the one-off price, set-up fee included: €1,900. The buy-out fee is the lowest of three amounts: half of your remaining monthly fees, €390, or the difference between the €1,900 one-off price and what you have paid so far. If the amount paid so far is higher than that, there is no buy-out fee, but nothing is refunded either. Clause 6 of the contract sets the exact rule, and your project page shows the amount before you cancel. See every case in the FAQ → Prefer to ask first? Write to me and I will reply the same working day. The prices shown are final: I am VAT-exempt as a small business. EU companies with a valid VAT number are invoiced under the reverse-charge rule. Your money is safe The build starts once the detailed brief is complete. Until then, you can withdraw at any time, without giving a reason: one click on your project page, and the refund goes out the same day to the card you paid with. Your bank usually credits it within 5–10 working days. You read the full contract before you order and accept it when you order; after payment your own copy arrives by e-mail. You can still stop at any point until the build starts. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card number never reaches Siteflow, only confirmation that the payment arrived; refunds are issued in the same place. Frequently asked questions In short: until the build starts, every euro you have paid is refunded. After that, until you have received the finished site as a preview, you lose at most the set-up fee. Once you have received it, cancelling a monthly plan costs at most €390, and the site is yours. When you order, you pay only the €290 set-up fee. On a monthly plan, the first monthly fee is charged one month later, to the card you used for the set-up fee. Seven days before the charge, you get an email reminder with the amount, the date and what you can do if you have changed your mind. Because you do not have to pay for a website in one go: when you order, you pay only the €290 set-up fee, then a fixed monthly amount. Until the end of the term, the monthly fee covers everything the site needs to run: hosting, domain management, maintenance, backups, monthly text and image changes, and technical support. With a one-off payment, hosting and the domain are included for the first year and support for six months; after that, they are up to you. At the end of the term, the site on a monthly plan is yours too, along with its files and database. A monthly plan costs more in total than the one-off price, because ongoing operation is included. If you change your mind along the way, the buy-out fee never takes your total payments above the €1,900 one-off price. No. The monthly plans cover a multi-page custom website. How many pages it has and which ones (services, about, contact and so on) is not set by the plan: we agree it together at the kick-off call. A one-page landing site (€1,200) and an online shop (€3,100) are available with a one-off payment only. Yes. Until the build starts, every euro you have paid is refunded, with no reason needed. You ask for it with one button on your project page, and the refund is issued the same day; your bank usually credits it within 5–10 working days. The build starts after the detailed brief and our written clarification, and you get an email when it does, so you always know which stage your project is at. Until you have received the finished site as a preview, you lose at most the set-up fee: that covers the design and development done up to that point. You pay nothing more, the monthly charge never starts, and if a monthly fee has already been charged, it is refunded. In that case, you do not receive the unfinished site. Yes, at any time and with no notice period: with one button on your project page or by email. On a monthly plan you then pay a buy-out fee, and the site is yours, with its files and database. The buy-out fee is always the lowest of three amounts: half of the remaining monthly fees, €390, or the difference between the €1,900 one-off price of a multi-page custom website and everything you have paid so far, including the set-up fee. So the buy-out fee never takes your total payments above that one-off price, and once your payments have reached it, cancelling costs nothing more. The button shows the exact amount before you press it. Take a 12-month plan that you cancel after three monthly payments. So far you have paid: €290 set-up fee + 3 × €199 = €887. The buy-out fee is the lowest of these three amounts: So when you cancel, you pay €390, and the site is yours. Together with your earlier payments, that comes to €1,277 in total. If you cancel later, the buy-out fee will never be higher than this. Until the build starts, everything you have paid is refunded, and the refund is issued the same day. During the build, until you have received the finished site as a preview, the set-up fee covers the work done, the first instalment you paid when the build started is refunded within eight days, and you owe nothing more. Once you have received the finished site, the second instalment is also due, and the site is yours. You get an email straight away, and you have seven days to pay. If the payment is still missing, you get a written reminder on day 14 after the failed charge, and the site may be suspended from day 30. After that, your site is kept for another 60 days: settle the balance and it goes back online, or pay the buy-out fee and you receive it. The domain stays in your name throughout. You get the same protection: until you have received the finished site as a preview, you lose at most the set-up fee. On top of that, you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, which you can use with the “Withdraw from contract” button on your project page. When you order, you can tick a separate box to ask for the work to start within the 14 days; if you do not, the build starts on day 15, and until then you can withdraw free of charge. The domain is registered in your name from day one. At the end of the term, you receive the website along with its files and database; with a one-off payment, it is yours on handover. If you want me to keep running the site after the term, it costs €69 a month for hosting, maintenance, backups, monthly changes and support. You can cancel at any time, and it stops at the end of the month you have paid for. The demo page is a draft: it shows the direction, based on your answers, in the style you chose. The final site is designed once you have filled in the brief and we have clarified the details in writing. One week. It starts after the brief and our written clarification, and you can follow progress on your own project page. In clauses 3 and 5–8 of the contract, and in clause 11 of the Terms and Conditions. You can read the full contract on the package page before you order, and you also receive it by email after ordering.
